Always the same quality with Lattiz and it couldn’t be easier

The NH Hotel in Bussum is a popular meeting location thanks to its convenient location near the highway. The hotel with 84 rooms is aimed primarily at the business guest and is buzzing from 07:00 in the morning until the late hours. 350 cups of coffee are served every day, 75% of which are cappuccinos. F&B Manager Folkert van der Jagt no longer wants to be without the Lattiz machine: “That would be at the expense of quality”.

Coffee is a major source of income at Hotel NH Bussum. The target group consists mainly of business guests who come to meet or work, thanks to the easily accessible central location in the middle of the Netherlands. A few years ago, the interior was modernized and a new coffee machine was chosen. However, the milk was still frothed by hand. “Manual frothing was actually impossible. It took too long and we threw a lot of milk away.” says F&B Manager Folkert van der Jagt. “With 350 cups of coffee a day, 75 percent of which are cappuccinos thanks to our active sales policy, the time it took to froth milk was very frustrating. Then FrieslandCampina came to give a free demonstration with Lattiz and we were sold. What a fantastic and fast device!”

It comes out of the device at the right temperature and the speed at which the foam is made is particularly worth mentioning. Our lack of time has been completely resolved, “says Van der Jagt enthusiastically.

At the hotel, the entire crew works with Lattiz. “That’s 16 employees. But the people in the kitchen also know how it works. There is no other way, because even a child could handle it. It has three buttons: exactly set to the amount for a latte macchiato, a cappuccino or a latte. It couldn’t be easier!” Van der Jagt likes that he doesn’t have to worry about the device at all. “It indicates when the pack is almost empty, when to rinse and even when the shelf life of the pack is about to expire. Lattiz has brought us a lot, but especially in terms of time.” The F&B Manager is so enthusiastic that he recommends every entrepreneur to purchase Lattiz. “I really don’t want to be without it anymore, because that is at the expense of the quality of our milk coffees.”
