Cherry Blossom Green Tea Latte

The refresher for both your guests and your menu


  • Lattiz milk foam
  • 20 ml Monin Cherry blossom syrup
  • 100 ml hot green tea (strongly brewed)
  • Edible flower (optional)


  1. Pour a layer of syrup into the glass.
  2. Place the glass at an angle under the Lattiz machine and fill it with milk froth up to about 3 cm from the rim.
  3. Pour the green tea into the middle of the glass.
  4. Garnish the latte with a petal.
