Cherry Blossom Green Tea Latte
The refresher for both your guests and your menu
- Lattiz milk foam
- 20 ml Monin Cherry blossom syrup
- 100 ml hot green tea (strongly brewed)
- Edible flower (optional)
- Pour a layer of syrup into the glass.
- Place the glass at an angle under the Lattiz machine and fill it with milk froth up to about 3 cm from the rim.
- Pour the green tea into the middle of the glass.
- Garnish the latte with a petal.
